Fitness expert Dave Aakhus CPT and nutrition expert Tamar Cohen NE, NC, owner of Tri Holistic Nutrition have teamed up to create a fun and effective program to jump start your fitness and nutrition. Focusing on core, cardio, and interval strength training, Dave will lead you through safe and unique workouts that are accessible by all fitness levels. Tamar will teach you how to shop, prepare, and eat organic local seasonal whole foods, while gaining the knowledge to make positive lifelong dietary changes.
Over the course of four weeks, you and your group of up to 5 will engage in personal training sessions three times a week with Dave, while receiving educational group sessions along with personalized holistic nutrition consulting with Tamar.
