The Wedding Workout—Personal Training for the Big Day

The Wedding Workout is a personal training program designed to not only make you look your best on your wedding day and honeymoon, but also burn fat, relieve stress, and have fun sweating with your fiancee or friends and family. The workouts focus on total body circuit training and partner exercises that incorporate athletic movements, self defense, and games! We also specialize in in-home and outdoor fitness so you choose whether you want the convenience of your home or a nearby school or park.

We know the stress and budgetary concerns of a wedding, so we've created this fun and affordable program exclusively for brides, grooms, and their families and friends. We want you to be happy with your body as the wedding approaches! To realistically get there, a minimal two-month, three hour-long sessions a week program is necessary. You will see your body transform in no time!

You have the option of solo, partner, and small group workouts that are safe and effective for all fitness levels. Our rates below are for the standard two-month, three sessions a week package. We currently offer The Wedding Workout in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, and Piedmont, CA. Interested parties in surrounding areas should contact us for details regarding their area.
